Took a trip out to Salt Lake City for some autumn flying.
Conditions were not that great - blown out days then a snowstorm, but I did get some cruisy flying in at Point of the Mountain. I understand why people love this place. Turn up, get your gear out, take off 100 ft from your car, stay up for hours, practice hovering like a helicopter, do endless touch and go's, land 100 ft from your car. If you are lucky, do it again that evening.
On this morning flight, there was fresh snow from the day before, the sun rising and clean crisp Utah air. Perfect for a few wingovers...
